Join us for an hour of music with Mind&Melody where we'll review the fundamentals of music through movement, dance, rhythm, and sing-alongs. No musical experience is required. Let's make music together!
Required Materials: House hold items to use as percussion instruments (ex. Spoons, a water bottle with rice in it, pots and pans, a big pillow to use as a drum)
This Gals Group event is best suited for participants ages 16 and older.
